As a nurse for 9 years, and a patient with a neurological disease, I know the one-size-fits-all approach to healthcare doesn't work. I'm here to support you in your wellness journey by using modalities that integrate body, mind, emotion, spirit & environment to help you prioritize your health.

Every persons story is unique and their wellness plans should be too. I believe in a holistic approach, meaning I see the WHOLE person, not just a symptom or ailment. Rather than “putting a band-aid” on or going for that quick fix, I recognize that those approaches aren’t true solutions.
