    One virtual 1 hour lab review. During this call we review HTMA results and come up with a plan that works best for you. Every plan is unique but will focus on dietary needs, stress reduction (physical and emotional), balancing minerals, and supplementation options.

    One virtual one hour 6 week follow up.

    Three month commitment

    One virtual 1.5 hour introductory call. During this call we review new client paperwork in order to establish a baseline for the coaching relationship

    One virtual 1 hour lab review. During this call we review HTMA results and come up with a plan that works best for you. Supplementation education is provided. Supplements are not included in the price.

    Six, 1:1 Virtual 45 minute coaching calls. Detailed follow up notes including resources and action-based exercises.

  • 1:1 Holistic Wellness Coaching

    Bold Boundaries

    What’s included in the Bold Boundaries health and wellness package?

    Four month commitment

    One virtual 1.5 hour long introductory call. During this call we review new client paperwork in order to establish a baseline for the coaching relationship.

    Eight one on one virtual hour long coaching calls. During these calls we will discuss all things pertaining to your individualized health and wellness. We will explore current barriers to success and uncover your core beliefs.

    Accountability & Support After each session a follow up note is provided with resources and action-based exercises. Accountability and support is provided between sessions.

    Single coaching sessions are not available but may be added onto the package. Functional labs can also be added for an additional cost.

    Using a noninvasive functional lab, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), you gain insight on mineral status, metabolic rate, energy levels, stress response, and heavy metal load.

    This safe and non invasive test can be done from the comfort of your own home.

    What information can HTMA provide?

    Metabolic rate: HTMA can provide insight on how your body converts food to energy. The speed in which your metabolism is functioning will impact weight management and energy levels.

    Mineral deficiencies and imbalances: Minerals are important for keeping your bones, muscles, heart, and brain working properly. Imbalances can interfere with optimal body functions and overall wellbeing.

    Heavy metal toxicity: Helps identify an overexposure to heavy metals. Over exposure to heavy metals can negatively impact physical and mental health.

    Stress response: HTMA can aid in understanding your body’s stress response over the last 2-3 months and how it’s impacting your health. Which provides insight on carbohydrate tolerance, blood sugar imbalances, adrenal fatigue, thyroid function, inflammation, and nervous system stress.

    Mineral imbalances are common in our current fast paced lifestyles. Mineral status is determined by diet, stress, medications, supplementation, and lifestyle. HTMA can aid in early detection of health issues allowing you to take proactive steps toward optimal health.
